One small seed for man, one giant branching-out for mankind
Moon Tulips
I’ve posted a new article titled “Project Orion“.
Imagine a giant shiny metal spaceship 16 stories high that can carry a
crew of 150 people to Saturn and back. Sound like the makings of
a 1950′s sci-fi movie?
A bike ride through chernobyl
I just ran across a fascinating photo-article by a Russian girl on a
ninja bike as she takes a stroll near the remains of the chernobyl

Journey to the 10th Dimension
Tired of living in the real world? Take a Journey to the 10th Dimension

Well, doesn’t the web just suck sometimes? I try to be nice and respect people’s copyrights by not stealing their articles and just hosting them on my site and what happens? The link is no longer valid. And it was such a fascinating article too ..
As of Jan 1, 2008 i have updated the link to a permalink on the popsci websiteto the original article that works. Here’s another tidbit that someone else quoted about the same article:
[The article] describes a mysterious force physicists have happened upon that is “the largest thing in the universe, about 14 times more energetic than the combined energies of all the stars and galaxies and black holes and protons and electrons and everything else we’ve ever found or thought was out there. In time it could grow strong enough to rip apart all the basic constituents of matter in the universe. We have no idea what it is,” among other abstract topics.
