I had this great idea for a Dilbert comic the other day. I was reading an article that was discussing how a lot of the jobs in the US that have been outsourced to India how now been sub-outsourced to other countries. So my Dilbert idea was that the boss assigns Dilbert a project, they outsource it to India, who outsources it to Elbonia, who in turn outsources it to Dilbert’s company.
I’ve emailed Scott Adams. We’ll see if it gets published
Update (10 Nov 2007):Well, after doing a bit of research, it turns out that there was a set of comic strips that dealt with outsourcing coming back to the office. It’s kind of sort of what i was thinking, but not exactly. However, since it’s probably the closest that will ever be done to my idea i’ve posted the comic strip here:

I’ve been playing with an idea for some time in which we set up training programs for customer service organizations in India to teach their skills (hear: manners) to American, British, and especially French employees.
