This is a celestial dragon that I bought years ago. I've painted it up to use as one of the basilisk pieces in my dragonchess game. I found this mini lying in a box covered in dust, and painted solid gold using some type of spray paint! Many years ago I had picked it up somewhere and painted it for a game. After several hours of soaking in oven cleaner, and a few more hours of careful scrubbing, it was ready to be repainted.

It's one of my earlier pieces. You can see I was just beginning to play around with shading to give the skin more depth. I had fun with the color on this one. I wanted to give it a feeling like it was in a Chinese parade.
