Okay so this is extremely random, (you know me…) but Google ‘wombat’ and go to the images that pop up on the first page. Next look for ‘wombat in a hat and click on it. (it should be on the first page as well…) and reply giving me a scale of 1-10 on how adorable that is. (1 being the least, 10 being the most…) I give it a 9 1/2.

1. Play “Simon Says” for a few minutes to illustrate how many things our bodies can do. (Explain why we played)
2. Sit in a circle and play game. (Each person, in turn, tells of one thing his body can do. 3. Discuss what an amazing creation our body is. Point out the fact that we were created in the image of God and that we have the potential to someday do all the things he can do.
4. Have someone find the scriptures Deuteronomy 14:3, Doctrine and Covenants D&C 88:124 (Allow your body enough rest.) Doctrine and Covenants D&C 89:7-9 (Don’t take harmful substances into your body.) (Be careful what you eat.) and read them aloud. Discuss what the Lord is saying in each one of them:
5. Ask why the Lord has said these things to us. To help answer this question, have a family member read 1 Corinthians 3:16-17. Discuss as a family how important it is to take care of these temples that house our spirits.
